Keely Maitland

Keely believes that an organisation can be a source of joy and prosperity for all the people that it serves - but most aren't. She created Organic Organisations to serve the growing number of people that believe organisations can be so much more than they typically are and are taking action to bring about this change. In addition to her roles as Editor, Community Manager and Founder of Organic Organisations, Keely works as a Business Improvement Consultant. She has helped people improve companies in industries as diverse as mining, construction, utilities, certification bodies, recruitment, and small and medium sized enterprises.
