I am in the process of studying for my LLB degree through UNISA. I have recently completed Labour Law 3 (MRL3702) and Advanced Labour Law 4 (LML4803). I completed a course in Chairing of Disciplinary and Disciplinary Appeal Enquiries in May 2011 through ChilliHR in Cape Town. I also represented some employees at the CCMA. I prefer to chair as I walk in cold and unbiased and make a finding on the evidence presented to me.
